What's an Employer of Record?
An Employer of Record is a local entity that legally employs someone on your behalf. It issues the contract, runs payroll and handles tax and benefits, while you direct the day-to-day work.
Who is the legal employer?
The licensed local employing entity in your hire's country is the legal employer. You keep full control of the role, the work and who you hire.
How does the deposit work?
For each employee there's a deposit of one month's gross salary. It's fully refundable when the employment ends.
Are there any setup or exit fees?
No. There are no onboarding, setup or offboarding fees, and no minimum contract duration.
What's the difference between Contractor of Record and contractor management?
With Contractor of Record, the contractor is engaged through a local entity that takes on misclassification risk. With contractor management, you engage the contractor directly and we handle contracts, invoices and payouts.
Does this cover UK construction payroll or CIS?
No. Contractor of Record and contractor management don't include UK construction payroll or CIS subcontractor management. Enquire about construction and we'll talk you through it.
Why do prices say "from"?
Your rate depends on the hiring country and the role. Send us an enquiry and we'll come back with an exact quote.
